This training begins with a knowledge transfer around carpet flooring products that are targeted for residential applications. We then transition into a hands-on lab where we will cover residential carpet flooring installation training and techniques. Finally, we conclude this course by focusing on how to develop excellent customer service skills and review technologies available today to streamline several steps in the residential carpet flooring sales, measurement, and installation process.
