Payment Updates Coming Soon.
Starting January 3rd, 2024, Stripe will begin sending notices to all Go Carrera users with active Stripe accounts. Stripe will be requesting a bit of additional business information to keep your account in active and in good standing.
Stripe will be providing additional details in their communication sent directly to you, so be on the lookout.
Additionally, our ACH payments system, powered by Dwolla, will be performing some scheduled maintenance on November 18, 2023 from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. CST. During this maintenance window, some aspects of payments via Dwolla will not be available and you may receive an error. Because this maintenance will be conducted on a Saturday, we don’t anticipate this affecting many users. No action is required on your part.

Access your Stripe Dashboard by:
- Opening the Go Carrera app and navigate to Settings. Then, tap the link for Manage Payments.
- Tap Card Payments then View Dashboard
- Follow the onscreen directions provided by Stripe to add additional requirements.
