Course Description: A one day course providing instruction about different types of wood and their technical attributes as flooring products, how to sell real wood against “wood-look” floor coverings, and the benefits of real wood flooring. Also includes minimizing claims and call-backs, guiding the customer to the right species and floor type for their lifestyle, understanding appropriate installation methods and finishes for each project, and developing stronger customer relationships and loyalty throughout the selling process.
Certification Prerequisites: This course is offered as an in person alternative to the online Sales Advisor Learning Path offered in NWFA University.
NWFA Certification Testing (Additional $300 charge): Upon completion of the course, the online Sales Assessment will be available within NWFA University. A passing grade of 80% or better is required to earn the Sales Advisor Certification.
