When you set the Hammer Rating Threshold when publishing your Work Order, we use that criteria to help filter the types of responses you receive when bids come back to you.
In some cases, and in particular areas of the country, there may not be labor providers who perfectly match the criteria you established. Rather than hold back those labor providers, we may provide those options to you.
Since you did set the threshold, we uphold our goal of transparency by marking any such labor provider’s Hammer Rating with an alert to ensure that you are aware that while their profile didn’t meet your Hammer Rating Threshold, they may still, in fact, be a viable option for your Work Order.
